Dr. Lagos has been part of the Oasis of Hope medical staff for more than thirty years, overseeing and treating thousands of cancer patients.
He earned his M.D. degree from the prestigious School of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 1971. He followed by completing his medical residency at Mexico City General Hospital from 1973 to 1975. Dr. Lagos joined Oasis of Hope Hospital in 1976.
Dr. Lagos served as Medical Director of the Oasis of Hope during the 1980’s and mid 1990’s. He continues to be one of our most experienced doctors with extensive knowledge in the management of critical cancer patient.
